Salary highly experienced community health workers between ETB3,172 and ETB9,390 per month
Workers with 15 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between ETB3,947 and ETB10,905 per month. Very experienced employees that are working for 30 years, receive a salary ranging from ETB3,172 to ETB9,390 per month.
Community health workers mostly male
80% says they are male, while 20% entered female as their gender. People in this job who answered the survey are mostly between 24 and 29 years of age.
Average working week of 40 hours
Coverage by collective bargaining amongst employees is 41%, while 59% are not covered by a collective agreement, according to our survey. On average, workers work 40 hours per week.
