Inexperienced education managers earn hourly wage between K22 and K147
Based on our survey, employees with 30 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between K4,097 and K144,754 per month. Employees earn between K22 and K147 per hour at the start of the career, having 1 year of work experience.
Education managers mostly male
