Highest salary for air traffic controllers with 20 years of experience: K10,467 to K99,341 per month
Employees with 20 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between K10,467 and K99,341 per month. Very experienced employees that are working for 30 years, receive a salary ranging from K12,853 to K71,225 per month.
Air traffic controllers mostly male
Among the workers who share information on their wages and working conditions, most are male. The age group for people in this job who answered the survey was mostly between 24 and 29 years of age. 60% of employees are parents of at least 1 child.
According to our survey, coverage by collective bargaining among workers in this occupation is set at 8%. 92% are not covered by a collective agreement. On average, workers work 41 hours per week.
