Majority valuers and loss assessors covered by collective agreement

Highest salary for valuers and loss assessors with 15 years of experience: K7,723 to K71,844 per month

Based on our survey, workers with 15 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between K7,723 and K71,844 per month. Veteran workers with 30 years worth of experience can earn an hourly wage between K54 and K273 per hour.

Workers who answered the survey are mostly between 24 and 29 years of age. Of the respondents, 47% are female and 53% are male. Of the people in this job who participated in the survey, 42% have no children.

Average working week of 41 hours

Workers work 41 hours per week on average. Coverage by collective bargaining amongst employees is 10%, while 90% are not covered by a collective agreement, according to our survey.

63% of valuers and loss assessors fewer than 5 years of work experience

Workers in this occupation mostly work in organisations consisting of 500 or more people. 61% of workers state that they have a permanent contract for the work that they are doing. In most cases, workers in this occupation report that the majority of their coworkers are male. Of the participating employees, 33% work in a multinational organisation. Since starting their first job, 63% of employees have worked fewer than 5 years. 39% of employees state that they have no permanent contract for their job.

The survey shows that 10% of the workers in this occupation feel highly satisfied about their position. On the whole, people in this job feel in between satisfied and dissatisfied about their job. This feeling is shared by 29% of the people in this job.
