Inexperienced traditional and complementary medicine professionals earn hourly wage between K27 and K84
Employees with 15 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between K6,040 and K39,136 per month. Workers starting out on the job, with 1 year of experience, can expect to earn between K27 and K84 per hour.
49% says they are male, while 51% entered female as their gender. Employees who answered the survey are mostly between 24 and 29 years of age. 60% of workers in this occupation are parents of at least 1 child.
Average working week of 40 hours
Coverage by collective bargaining amongst workers in this occupation is 5%, while 95% are not covered by a collective agreement, according to our survey. On average, employees work 40 hours per week.
