According to our survey, coverage by collective bargaining among people in this job is set at 4%. 96% are not covered by a collective agreement. This is made clear in research by Mywage.org/Zambia, conducted in 2023.

Employees who answered the survey are mostly between 30 and 39 years of age. Of the respondents, 52% are female and 48% are male. Of the workers in this occupation who participated in the survey, 37% have no children.

Workers in this occupation work 44 hours per week on average. Coverage by collective bargaining amongst workers is 4%, while 96% are not covered by a collective agreement, according to our survey.
41% of human resource managers fewer than 5 years of work experience
48% of employees state that they have a permanent contract for the work that they are doing. 44% of all participating people in this job work in a multinational organisation. People in this job mostly work in organisations consisting of 500 or more people. 41% of workers in this occupation have worked fewer than 5 years since their first job.
