Fashion and other models who have 20 years of experience in their job, will earn between K3,292 and K10,155 per month. This is evident from research conducted by Mywage.org/Zambia, in 2023.
Workers with 15 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between K3,575 and K10,783 per month. Veteran employees, working for at least 30 years, receive between K8 and K27 per hour.
Based on the survey results, most workers are male.
Employees work 42 hours per week on average. According to our survey, coverage by collective bargaining among people in this job is set at 6%. 94% are not covered by a collective agreement.
