People in this job with 30 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between K3,685 and K60,255 per month. Workers earn between K20 and K80 per hour at the start of the career, having 1 year of work experience.
The age group for employees who answered the survey was mostly between 24 and 29 years of age. 40% of workers state that they do not have any children. 58% says they are male, while 42% entered female as their gender.
Average working week of 39 hours
On average, workers work 39 hours per week. According to our survey, coverage by collective bargaining among workers is set at 3%. 97% are not covered by a collective agreement.
Coworkers mostly female
In most cases, workers report that the majority of their coworkers are female. 26% of all participating employees work in a multinational organisation. Since starting their first job, 50% of workers in this occupation have worked fewer than 5 years. People in this job mostly work in organisations consisting of 500 or more people. Workers who have a permanent contract for the work they are performing, add up to 47%. Workers in this occupation who do not have a permanent contract for the work they are performing, added up to 53% of respondents.
In the survey, 8% of the people in this job choose 'highly satisfied' as their job satisfaction level. In general, most employees are in between satisfied and dissatisfied with their position. This is the case for 35% of the employees.
