Highest salary for transport conductors with 20 years of experience: K3,785 to K11,994 per month
Based on our survey, workers with 20 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between K3,785 and K11,994 per month. Very experienced workers in this occupation that are working for 30 years, receive a salary ranging from K3,186 to K9,806 per month.

Employees work 44 hours per week on average. Coverage by collective bargaining amongst employees is 6%, while 94% are not covered by a collective agreement, according to our survey.
