Highest salary for personnel and careers professionals with 30 years of experience: USh2,804,156 to USh17,756,808 per month
Based on our survey, employees with 30 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between USh2,804,156 and USh17,756,808 per month. With 20 years of work experience, employees will earn from USh2,352,637 to USh10,508,854 monthly.
Personnel and careers professionals mostly male
72% says they are male, while 28% entered female as their gender. 32% of workers state that they do not have any children. The age group for employees who answered the survey was mostly between 30 and 39 years of age.
Average working week of 43 hours
According to our survey, coverage by collective bargaining among workers in this occupation is set at 12%. 88% are not covered by a collective agreement. Workers in this occupation work 43 hours per week on average.
Coworkers mostly female
60% of workers state that they have a permanent contract for the work that they are doing. Of the participating employees, 10% work in a multinational organisation. Workers who do not have a permanent contract for the work they are performing, added up to 40% of respondents. The majority of employees work in organisations of 500 or more employees. In most cases, employees report that the majority of their coworkers are female. 45% of people in this job have worked fewer than 5 years since their first job.
In the survey, 11% of the workers in this occupation choose 'dissatisfied' as their job satisfaction level. In general, most workers in this occupation are satisfied with their position. This is the case for 42% of the workers in this occupation.
Wage dissatisfaction high among personnel and careers professionals
Of all surveyed workers in this occupation, 29% feel in between satisfied and dissatisfied about their salary. 30% of the employees reports to be highly dissatisfied with their wage.
