Workers with 30 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between USh975,293 and USh2,926,298 per month. People in this job who are new to the job, will earn between USh605,116 and USh1,865,543 per month, based on one year of work experience.
56% of workers have 1 child or more. Of the respondents, 35% are female and 65% are male. The age group for employees who answered the survey was mostly between 24 and 29 years of age.
Average working week of 43 hours
Workers in this occupation work 43 hours per week on average. According to our survey, coverage by collective bargaining among employees is set at 10%. 90% are not covered by a collective agreement.
Majority organisations employ 500 or more workers
