Flexible Work Option for Parents / Work-Life Balance

No provisions could be located in the law supporting work-life balance for parents or workers with family responsibilities.

A worker has the right to be absent from regular duties, with the employer's permission, for voluntary communal work, civic duties, or special leave (paid or unpaid) without affecting their annual leave entitlement.
