Average working week of 41 hours
Of the employees who participated in the survey, 37% have been promoted at least once during their career. On average, workers in this occupation work 41 hours per week. A supervisory position is being held by 50% of employees.
Coworkers mostly female
Since starting their first job, 36% of employees have worked fewer than 5 years. In most cases, employees report that the majority of their coworkers are female. Of the participating workers, 58% work in a multinational organisation. People in this job mostly work in organisations consisting of 500 or more people. Workers who do not have a permanent contract for the work they are performing, added up to 23% of respondents. 77% of workers in this occupation state that they have a permanent contract for the work that they are doing.
Wage dissatisfaction high among petroleum and natural gas refining plant operators
