Collective bargaining coverage limited among human resource managers

Highest salary for human resource managers with 30 years of experience: $11,736 to $26,377 per month

Based on our survey, workers in this occupation with 30 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between $11,736 and $26,377 per month. Workers who are new to the job, will earn between $6,578 and $27,447 per month, based on one year of work experience.

Average working week of 43 hours

Of the employees who participated in the survey, 42% have been promoted at least once during their career. On average, workers in this occupation work 43 hours per week. A supervisory position is being held by 78% of workers.

Coworkers mostly female

The majority of workers work in organisations of 500 or more employees. Of the participating employees, 51% work in a multinational organisation. Workers who do not have a permanent contract for the work they are performing, added up to 15% of respondents. Workers in this occupation who have a permanent contract for the work they are performing, add up to 85%. Since starting their first job, 38% of people in this job have worked 20-30 years. In most cases, employees report that the majority of their coworkers are female.
