For most people in this job, the majority of their coworkers are female. 23% of people in this job state that they have no permanent contract for their job. 77% of workers state that they have a permanent contract for the work that they are doing. Employees mostly work in organisations consisting of 500 or more people. 58% of all participating people in this job work in a multinational organisation.
