Majority organisations employ 500 or more workers
36% of employees have worked fewer than 5 years since their first job. For most people in this job, the majority of their coworkers are female. 23% of people in this job state that they have no permanent contract for their job. 77% of workers state that they have a permanent contract for the work that they are doing. Employees mostly work in organisations consisting of 500 or more people. 58% of all participating people in this job work in a multinational organisation.
Wage dissatisfaction high among incinerator and water treatment plant operators
Of all surveyed workers, 33% feel highly dissatisfied about their salary. 36% of the workers reports to be dissatisfied with their wage.
