In the survey, 9% of the employees choose 'highly dissatisfied' as their job satisfaction level. This is the conclusion of research carried out by Salary.lk, in 2023.

Salary for starting sports, recreation and cultural centre managers between LKR60,534 and LKR200,273 per month

Based on our survey, employees with 30 years of work experience earn the highest salary: between LKR61,191 and LKR353,727 per month. Based on one year of work experience, starting workers in this occupation who are new to their job will earn between LKR60,534 and LKR200,273 per month.
