10 January 2020According to Jampro, Jamaica’s state agency looking after investment promotion, the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) industry is expected to employ 5,000 more workers in the 2019/20 fiscal year. The increment will make the local BPO sector as one of the largest sources of employment growth in the country.
