Equal Pay

In accordance with the provisions of the Transitional Constitution, women have the right to equal pay for equal work and other related benefits with men.

Non-Discrimination

In accordance with the Transitional Constitution of South Sudan, all persons are equal before the law without discrimination on the basis of race, ethnic origin, color, sex, language, religious creed, political opinion, birth, locality or social status.

Equal Choice of Profession

Women can't work in the same industries as men as law prohibits employment of women in occupations involving hazardous, harmful and arduous work
