빅토르 에리크 올로프 헤드만(스웨덴어: Victor Erik Olof Hedman, 스웨덴어 발음: [ˈvɪ̌kːtɔr ˈhěːdman], 1990년 12월 18일~)은 스웨덴의 아이스하키 선수로 포지션은 수비수이다. 현재 내셔널 하키 리그의 탬파베이 라이트닝의 주장으로 활동하고 있다. 2009년 NHL 드래프트에서 전체 2위로 탬파베이 라이트닝에게 지명되면서 NHL 선수가 되었다. 그는 탬파베이 라이트닝 팀의 일원으로 스탠리 컵 2회 우승(2020, 2021)을 달성했으며 2018년에 NHL 최우수 수비수상인 제임스 노리스 메모리얼 트로피, 2020년 플레이오프 최우수 선수상인 콘 스미스 트로피를 수상했다.
