로라 진 리스 위더스푼(영어: Laura Jeanne Reese Witherspoon, 영어 발음: /riːs ˈwɪðə spuːn/, 1976년 3월 22일~)은 미국의 배우, 영화 제작자이다. 리스 위더스푼은 1991년 영화 《대니의 질투》에 여자 주인공으로 출연하며 데뷔했다. 그 해 《야생화》라는 작품으로 텔레비전 배우로도 데뷔했다. 이후 《프리웨이》(1996), 《플레젠트빌》(1998) 등 영화에 출연하면서 자신의 위치를 확고하게 다져나갔다. 1999년에는 《일렉션》에 출연했고, 이 작품으로 골든 글로브상 후보에 올랐다.
