람 찬드라 파우델(네팔어: राम चन्द्र पौडेल, 1944년 10월 6일~)은 2023년부터 제3대 네팔 대통령으로 재임 중인 네팔의 정치인이다. 네팔 의회당의 전 고위 지도자였던 그는 1994년부터 1999년까지 하원 의장을 역임했으며, 1999년부터 2002년까지 부총리 겸 내무장관으로 재직했다. 1991년 처음으로 의회에 선출된 이후 여러 장관직을 두루 거쳤으며, 2011년부터 2013년까지는 의회당의 원내대표로서 제1야당 지도자를 맡았다.
