랑게르한스 세포(Langerhans cells, LC)는 피부 조직에 상주하는 수지상세포이다. 버벡과립이라는 세포 소기관을 안에 가지고 있다. 랑게르한스 세포는 표피의 모든 층에 존재하며 특히 유극층에서 가장 지배적이다. 또한 진피의 가장 위층인 유두진피에서 특히 혈관 주변에 존재한다. 입의 점막, 포피, 질 상피 등에도 많다. 림프절과 같은 다른 조직에서도 발견될 수 있으며 이 경우 특히 랑게르한스 세포 조직구증(LCH)와 같은 질환과 연관되어 나타난다.
