주앙 마누엘 곤살베스 로렌수(포르투갈어: João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, 1954년 3월 5일~)는 앙골라의 정치인으로 2017년 9월 26일부터 앙골라의 대통령을 역임하고 있다. 이전에는 2014년부터 2017년까지 국방부 장관을 지냈다. 2018년 9월 여당 앙골라 해방인민운동(MPLA)의 의장이 되었다. 그는 1998년부터 2003년까지 당의 사무총장을 지냈다.
