에드가르스 린케비치(라트비아어: Edgars Rinkēvičs, 1973년 9월 21일~)는 라트비아의 공무원이자 정치인으로 2023년 7월부터 라트비아의 대통령을 역임하고 있다. 라트비아 역사상 최장임 외교장관으로 2011~2023년 재임했다. 2008~2011년 대통령 비서실장을 지냈고 1997~2008년 국방 국무비서를 지냈다. 2002~2005년 라트비아의 북대서양 조약 기구 가입 당시 협상단의 부대표를 맡았다. 세 차례 라트비아 의원을 역임했다.
