오노레 드 발자크(프랑스어: Honoré de Balzac, 1799년 5월 20일 ~ 1850년 8월 18일)는 프랑스의 작가다. 투르에서 오노레 발자크(프랑스어: Honoré Balzac라는 이름으로 태어났다. 소설가, 극작가, 문예 비평가, 수필가, 언론인, 인쇄업자로 활동했다. 발자크는 1829년부터 1855년까지 출간된 90편이 넘는 소설들을 하나의 작품으로 묶은 작품인 《인간 희극》을 남겼다. 그는 《100편의 해학 이야기》를 비롯하여 청년 시절에 필명으로 쓴 소설들과 25편의 완성되지 못한 작품들 역시 창작한 바 있다.
