조승희(Seung-Hui Cho, 1984년 1월 18일 ~ 2007년 4월 16일)은 2007년 4월 16일에 미국 버지니아 공과대학교에서 발생한 총기 난사 사건을 일으킨 대한민국의 범죄인으로, 2007년 4월 16일 버지니아 공대 기숙사와 노리스홀에서 반자동 권총 2정으로 총격을 가해 32명이 숨지고 29명이 다쳤다. 미국 역사상 가장 치명적인 학교 총기 난사 사건이 되었고, 추가로 6명이 창문에서 뛰어내려서 탈출하다가 부상을 입었다. 조승희는 이 대학 학부 4학년생으로 경찰이 대규모 총격이 발생한 노리스 홀의 출입문을 부수고 들어가자 자살했다. 그의 시신은 버지니아주 페어팩스에 묻혔다.
