락토페린(영어: lactoferrin, LF) 또는 락토트랜스페린(영어: lactotransferrin, LTF)은 트랜스페린 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로 다양한 기능을 수행한다. 락토페린은 구상의 당단백질로 분자량은 대략 80kDa이다. 젖, 타액, 눈물, 코 분비물 등의 다양한 분비액에 광범위하게 존재하며 호중구의 특이과립에도 들어 있다. 일부 샘꽈리세포에 의해서도 분비된다. 락토페린을 얻는 방법으로는 젖에서 정제를 거치거나 재조합을 이용하는 방법이 있다. 젖 중에는 사람의 초유(분만 후 얼마 되지 않은 시기의 모유)에서 농도가 가장 높으며(7g/L), 그 뒤를 사람의 모유(성숙유, 1g/L)와 우유(150mg/L)가 따른다.
